The C36 model was designed to retrofit into fixtures that were type MR16 and are commonly found in commercial and domestic designer lighting applications, which allows an unlimited amount of possibilities for installation, using fixtures that may already be in place and already available to you on the market. The units have a forty two millimetre diameter so it is able to be manufactured in to MR casings and give the best retrofit available for halogen. The high light emitting diode density means that as well as challenging halogen counterparts but also one of the best units for its size for output.

Originally developed on behalf of Swedish based entertainment company to fit into one of their own enclosures and to be used for designer lighting, this 12Vdc 80mm single channel radial module is available in various colours, designed specifically to be visually appealing to look at rather than for its projection properties alone.

Development for the C121 was initially based on finding a competitively priced rival to the new high flux LED systems of a similar size, with its extremely high LED density it lends itself very well to multi-channel colour mixing, giving an even blend and high light output. The C121 can be retrofitted into 'Par can' type enclosures making it particular suitable for stage and designer lighting applications.

Our in house manufacturing processes now include wave solder technology and automated axial / radial SMD component placement machines. In most cases all of the stages of manufacture are carried out in house which helps us maintain the highly regarded quality that Components Company have come to represent. LED Lighting Manufacture

The LED's that we have received from them are by far the best around their optical properties and the ability for colour mixing is second to none, the lighting properties are spread evenly throughout the LED, so there is no need for our clients to use a material for diffusion, the level of output of these products is also of the highest quality.

The 3mm LED's that we receive from Taiwan have a very high lamp life with a very smooth beam projection a low operating temperature with absolutely no dead spots.

White LED's

The components company have scoured the world to find their clients the best white LEDs available, they have fantastic reliability and great projection qualities and the continuity of colour is second to none, because all we do is sell large quantities of white LEDs we are able to get them cheaper and therefore sell them cheaper to our clients, which is what they want, we have most LED models in stock, we can send out massive orders within days of receipt so our clients are never left waiting.

The 5mm white LEDs have a high lamp life and ideal colour mixing optical properties with a high output level, the projection is a smooth beam with no dead spots and the operating temperature is very low.

The 8mm version also has all the same qualities as the five series but uses quad diode technology as do the 10mm white LEDs.

The white Luxeon Star LEDs consist of a Luxeon emitter mounted to a square or hexagonal sub mount. The Star/C includes a connector; the Star/O option includes PMMA secondary optics to create a tight collimated beam. The hexagonal modules can be connected and powered in a close packed hexagonal configuration for tight spacing and increased light output per unit area. This range is available in white, green, cyan, blue, royal blue, red, red-orange, and amber.

Luxeon Lighting

Our Luxeon star LED's consist of a Luxeon emitter that is placed upon either a hexagonal or square sub mount, they come complete with connector and secondary optics so the beam created is tight and collimated. The hexagonal have been designed so that they are able to be connected and also powered in such a way that the hexagonal design is very tight and packed closely together making them perfect for spaces that are very tight yet no loss of light occurs in fact the output from the light is actually increased by the luxeon LED's. They are available in various colours.

The Luxeon LED has the highest know flux in the world and has been measured at one hundred and twenty lumens, it also has a superior lumens maintenance compared to other leds, the light can last up to one hundred thousand hours, and the distribution pattern in the luxeons can be lambertian, side emitting or even batwing, they have been seen to be more energy efficient than most halogen lamps available to date, the beam is very cool so there is no fear of burning when touching them, it is less than one hundred nano seconds for the light to come into effect, the lights are fully dimmable with no ultra violet emissions.

DMX Lighting Control Systems

Welcome to the components company website, in our control systems section you can find systems that are single and stand alone multi channel programmable or stand alone control LED module installations.

Through the whole of our current range of controllers we can offer DMX or automated stand alone control of standard anode and constant light emitting diode modules, the DMX series is now able to offer the client multi channel control through both the RS and DMX and the faders will control the less complex systems through on-board programs that can control fade.

The DMX-9 control systems are without a doubt the best interface for use with the DMX protocol and the newest light emitting diode lighting solutions. This control has been able to meet expectations that the industry has to allow use of illumination with the standard DMX control. The systems have a 27 channel twelve volt dimmer; the out puts have been clustered in groups of three, which will allow you to control forty RGB's.

There is the standard power indicator, the new addressing system comes through a ten way dip switch or you can use an interface that is external with a light emitting diode display, the RS control function is optional and will allow you to directly control it via you personal computer.

The FX Fader is a 3 Channel LED Cross-fading FX Driver designed to bridge the gap between programmable and DMX controllable dimmers and stand alone units, an inexpensive solution to automated lighting control it enables control of up to 30 fixtures with little or no user intervention.

When used in conjunction with common anode RGB circuits it can produce colour mixing effects, it can also be used to create cross fading colour movement effects when used with multi-channel single colour circuits.
