The components company have scoured the world to find their clients the best white LEDs available, they have fantastic reliability and great projection qualities and the continuity of colour is second to none, because all we do is sell large quantities of white LEDs we are able to get them cheaper and therefore sell them cheaper to our clients, which is what they want, we have most LED models in stock, we can send out massive orders within days of receipt so our clients are never left waiting.The 5mm white LEDs have a high lamp life and ideal colour mixing optical properties with a high output level, the projection is a smooth beam with no dead spots and the operating temperature is very low.
The 8mm version also has all the same qualities as the five series but uses quad diode technology as do the 10mm white LEDs.
The white Luxeon Star LEDs consist of a Luxeon emitter mounted to a square or hexagonal sub mount. The Star/C includes a connector; the Star/O option includes PMMA secondary optics to create a tight collimated beam. The hexagonal modules can be connected and powered in a close packed hexagonal configuration for tight spacing and increased light output per unit area. This range is available in white, green, cyan, blue, royal blue, red, red-orange, and amber.
